Apartments
We are offering three two-bedroom apartments, all located in the same building. The street is calm and quiet but at the same time only few meters from everything the city has to offer. Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. On hot summer days you can take advantage of having air conditioning and on cold, rainy days you will see the perks of floor heating. Our guests can enjoy free WiFi connection.
DRAGON
Two bedroom apartment
This apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6
persons. Main bedroom has double bed, a desk and a sitting area. In the second bedroom are
two single beds and in the living room there is a sofa that can be transformed into bed for
two persons if needed.
Dragon is the symbol of Ljubljana. According to legend, he was
living in Ljubljana's swamp. Some tales say that he was feared and in others, that he was
loved and protected the city from invaders. Either way, it is one of the most recognizable
icons and while strolling the streets you will find it present at all times. You can hop on
board the dragon hype street train with staying in front of our apartment, dedicated to this
majestic creature.

WATERMAN
Two bedroom apartment with terasse
Two bedroom apartment located on the first floor accessible with elevator
can accommodate up to 6 persons. In addition to the bathroom it has a separate
toilet. Main and second bedroom have double beds and in the living room there
is a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two persons. In second bedroom beds can
be separated into two single beds. Big terrase offers a view to the private patio.
Waterman, a man living in river Ljubljanica, is the main protagonist in many stories.
Helping villagers of pure heart or taking a presumptous woman to his realms as he does
in Prešeren's poem, he seems to be around for a long time. You can almost feel his presence
while passing Ljubljanica river. Enjoy the water vibe in the apartment while imagining what
his chambers are like.

EMONA
Two bedroom apartment with terasse
Two bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It has additional toilet and can
accommodate up to 6 persons. Main and second bedroom have double beds and in the living
room there is a sofa bed for two persons. In second bedroom beds can be separated into
two single beds. Big terrase offers a view to the private patio.
Emona, predecessor of Ljubljana, was built on the site of Roman military stronghold in
AD 14. Settelment, fortified with strong walls, was bubbling with life until first half
of 6th century when city was left by its last resident. Just a short walk from our
apartments you can find Emona’s southern wall or Statue of Emonian, reminding us of
Ljubljana’s
history.
