Booking

Apartment can be booked by filling out web form, e-mail or other communication channels. Reservation is valid after we receive requested pre-payment of 30% of the reservation value. You will receive written reservation confirmation. Failure to pre-pay requested amount until requested deadline invalidates your reservation.

Cancellation

Pre-payment is not refundable. However, in case of unpredictable events out of guest's control, we may accept last minute cancellation of booking and refund part or whole prepayment, subject to prior communication and case-by-case arrangement.

Check-in

Check-in time is from 3PM to 6PM. Reasonable deviation is possible upon previous arrangement.
As we don't have permanent reception service, we kindly ask you to keep us informed about your arrival time, as much as circumstances allow. Our staff will do their best to adapt to your travelling schedule, kindly expecting your updates about arrival time changes.
All guests staying in apartment are requested to present valid personal identification document (passport or officially recognized ID), as requested by state authorities.

Contactless check-in

It is possible to arrange contactless check-in upon request. "Contactless" means check-in without physical presence of our staff, which is highly appreciated in context of covid-19 pandemic, or just in case of late arrival.
Contactless check-in is possible thanks to the fact that we use no physical keys, just entry codes on electronic locks at main entrance to building and front door of apartment. We just send entry codes by electronic messaging, together with precise instructions how to access apartment.
Essential requirement for contactless check-in is complete set of personal data for each guest coming to stay in apartment, submitted through web form before arrival to apartment. Required data set comprises of full names, addresses, birth dates and passport/ID numbers. Purpose of acquiring this data is to communicate them to state authorities, as requested by law.
It is sole responsibility of guest to provide complete and accurate data for all guests staying in apartment, including children and babies.

Check-out

Check-out time is 10AM. Reasonable deviation is possible upon previous arrangement.
Guests are requested to cover any non-prepaid costs before departure, such as city tax or possible damage compensation.

House rules

Every guest staying in our apartments should respect following house rules:

• Quiet hours in the whole building are from 10 PM until 6 AM. Our guests are asked to respect privacy and well-being of permanent residents in the building. We do not permit parties in our apartments.
• Persons, other than registered guests, are not allowed to stay in the apartment overnight.
• In case of damaging the house or apartments property, guests are due to cover repair costs and loss of income.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building or in the apartments.
• Argo Apartments is not responsible for loss of valuables, money or other personal belongings.
• Any kind of illegal activity is not allowed and will be reported to the competent authorities.
• Guests are expected to stay decent and respectful to permanent residents, other guests and Argo Apartments' staff.
