Argo Apartments securely stores your data at Kaplja 220, d.o.o., headquater on Lamutova 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Argo Apartments will keep your personal data for 2 years. Once this time period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted.

Argo Apartments would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• You have the right to request Argo Apartment for copies of your personal data.
• You have the right to request that Argo Apartments correct any information you proof is inaccurate.

• You have the right to request that Argo Apartments erase your personal data, except legally required to store. By the law, we are obliged to store personal data of our costumers who completed their stay for two years.
• You have the right to object to or restrict processing of your personal data, except legally required. By the law, we are obliged to store and process personal data of our costumers who completed their stay for two years.
• You have the right to request that Argo Apartments transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you. We shall respond to such request in timeframe of one month.
